Introducing the Take Notes Live Session Notebook

I've always been a notebook person. After a few live voiceover sessions I realized that having a note taking system during live sessions would make life a lot easier. So I slapped together a notebook in Canva and had a local printer make a demo version.
It's been a few years since then and I still use it and it's called the Take Notes Live Session Notebook.
Besides being a place for notes and a helpful outline, it's now a grounding tool to help me focus before a live session.
Here's the thing, a lot of the live sessions I do are in-between my day job. I rush home, make sure everything is quiet, grab my water and settle in for a session.
When I grab my notebook, it's go time. Now I can shut out the rest of the World and focus on whoever is on the other end of the line.
Instead of developing another version of my notebook (there was a beta version) I decided to make it downloadable and put it on Etsy.
Take a look and see if you think it will help you. I have one more thing on the way that's fun and helpful so watch this space for another Real Friendly VO Tool. I'd blog more about it right now but to be honest I have a crap ton of auditions to do.
More on the Take Notes Live Session Notebook:
The Take Notes Live Session Notebook helps voiceover artists perform at their best during a live session. In a live session you want to stay focused and listen. The Take Notes Reminder and Live Session tool helps you reduce stress and perform your best. It also helps to have something to ground you and form a habit for success as you're getting set up for a session.
In this bundle of printables there is a Reminder page and a Live Session Tool. Both come in a regular printable form and as a form you can type into.
Reminder Page - Print it out and put wherever so you don't have to worry about missing a session. Put it on your refrigerator so everyone else in the house knows when to be quiet. You'll also get it as a downloadable form you can type into if printing isn't your thing.
Live Session Tool - This is an easy form with plenty of space to keep track of who is in your session, what they're looking for in your performance. There's a space to keep track of Takes and an After Session Checklist to keep track of your progress. This will download as a regular page you can print and as a typeable form if that fits your method.
Who the heck am I? My name is Erin Cox of Real Friendly Voiceover. I made this tool for myself after a few sessions and now I use it as a grounding method before sessions. I'm a Voiceover Artist who used to be in the Navy, now in radio and used to play roller derby, so I know how to have fun and stay focused (yet flexible) in stressful situations.
Why is this $7? Because if you are awesome in a live session, you will get more repeat bookings. Also when business is slow you can go back and look at your Live Session notes for compliments, notes from sessions, future LinkedIn Contacts. It's all there in an easy format.
